Waco Flight Training is an independent flight school founded in 2013 by Aaron Dabney, the only flight instructor in Texas to be awarded the prestigious Master Flight Instructor accreditation 6 consecutive times by the National Association of Flight Instructors. The school's mission is to produce pilots who think and act as 'Chief Pilot of One' by adopting personal standards, proficiency plans, and accountability systems that encourage professional-level decision making.
