The Stanford Flying Club, founded in 1930 at Stanford University, is an independent non-profit flying club based at Palo Alto Airport (KPAO) offering flight training and aircraft rental on modern glass cockpit aircraft. Originally open only to Stanford students, staff, faculty, and alumni, membership and flight training are now open to the public.
