Rick Aviation is a full-service Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) at Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF). Founded in 1978 by former U.S. Air Force serviceman John Bombaro, the company has grown to employ over 30 trained, experienced aviation professionals. Services include aircraft maintenance, JetA and 100LL fuel, and flight training. The maintenance department is an FAA Part 145-certified Repair Station and the flight school is an FAA-Approved Part 141 Pilot School.
