Regal Air is a well-established aviation facility operating since 1985 at Paine Field (KPAE) in Everett, Washington. We provide aircraft rentals, flight instruction, air charter services, aircraft maintenance, and pilot supplies. We can also issue M-1 visas for international student training.
Private Pilot
Private pilot certificate program from zero experience through checkride, including ground school and flight training.
Instrument Rating
IFR training covering precision and non-precision approaches, holds, cross-country flight planning, and partial-panel work.
Commercial Pilot
Commercial certificate training including complex and high-performance aircraft time, maneuvers, and cross-country requirements.
Multi-Engine Rating
Multi-engine add-on rating with training in engine-out procedures, Vmc demonstrations, and systems management.
Flight Review
Biennial flight review including a ground session on regulations and aeronautical knowledge plus a flight portion with maneuvers.
IPC
Instrument proficiency check to regain IFR currency, covering approaches, holds, intercepting and tracking courses.
High Performance
Ground and flight training endorsement for aircraft with engines producing more than 200 horsepower.
Aircraft Rental
Rent aircraft for solo flights after completing a checkout with one of our instructors. Wet and dry rates available.
