IFR Flight Training School provides flight training courses and instruction for all certificates and ratings, from Student Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot (ATP). Located at Georgetown Municipal Airport (KGTU) in Georgetown, Texas, just north of Austin. The school trains pilots to optimum standards and proficiency versus minimum standards.
Private Pilot
Private pilot certificate program from zero experience through checkride, including ground school and flight training.
Commercial Pilot
Commercial certificate training including complex and high-performance aircraft time, maneuvers, and cross-country requirements.
ATP
Airline Transport Pilot certificate preparation covering airline-level operations, crew resource management, and ATP knowledge test prep.
Multi-Engine Rating
Multi-engine add-on rating with training in engine-out procedures, Vmc demonstrations, and systems management.
Aircraft Rental
Rent aircraft for solo flights after completing a checkout with one of our instructors. Wet and dry rates available.
