Higher Ground Helicopters is a helicopter flight school that provides helicopter flight training, helicopter tours, rides, and charters to the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. Based out of Wright Brothers Airport KMGY, Miamisburg, Ohio, the flight training programs are geared around the working adult and designed to take a student from zero helicopter time to an employable Professional Certified Flight Instructor in as little as 10-18 months.
Private Pilot
Private pilot certificate program from zero experience through checkride, including ground school and flight training.
Instrument Rating
IFR training covering precision and non-precision approaches, holds, cross-country flight planning, and partial-panel work.
CFI
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) training covering fundamentals of instruction, lesson planning, and flight teaching techniques for single-engine aircraft.
