Fly Compton Foundation

Fly Compton Foundation is a nonprofit at Compton-Woodley Airport (KCPM) that introduces underprivileged youth to aviation careers through free or low-cost in-person ground school, flight training, and aviation maintenance programs. Founded in 2020 by African American professional pilots and mechanics, it partners with major airlines and aerospace companies to fund scholarships and mentorship.
