College of Alameda Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) Program is an intensive evening program that can be completed while working during the day. Classes are scheduled in 18-week blocks, five days a week from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The coursework can be completed in two years as a full-time student, or part-time as personal schedule allows. Students learn to inspect and maintain aircraft, gain theory and practical experience in aircraft construction, and develop skills to repair aircraft.
