Backcountry Flying Experience offers floatplane and big tire flying training in Glacier Country Montana. They provide seaplane ratings, backcountry training, and tailwheel endorsements with instructors having hundreds to thousands of hours of float and tailwheel experience. Training is available in Montana during summer (May-October) and in California during winter (December-April).
Tailwheel
Conventional gear endorsement covering ground handling, crosswind technique, and three-point and wheel landings.

Rent aircraft for solo flights after completing a checkout with one of our instructors. Wet and dry rates available.
