Alpine Flight Training is a flight school operating at Eagle County Regional Airport providing flight instruction in accordance with FAA Part 61. The school offers instruction in Piper PA-28 Piper Archer and Cessna 182 aircraft, both upgraded with modern avionics. Students can also train in their own aircraft. The school provides instruction for Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, Instrument Rating, Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument Instructor, and Airline Transport Pilot certifications.
Private Pilot
Private pilot certificate program from zero experience through checkride, including ground school and flight training.
Instrument Rating
IFR training covering precision and non-precision approaches, holds, cross-country flight planning, and partial-panel work.
CFI
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) training covering fundamentals of instruction, lesson planning, and flight teaching techniques for single-engine aircraft.
CFII
Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) rating preparation for teaching instrument students, including advanced IFR procedures and instructional techniques.
ATP
Airline Transport Pilot certificate preparation covering airline-level operations, crew resource management, and ATP knowledge test prep.
Aircraft Rental
Rent aircraft for solo flights after completing a checkout with one of our instructors. Wet and dry rates available.
