Gambit Aviation provides aerobatic and specialized aircraft training. They offer instruction ranging from basic to unlimited aerobatics, spin and upset recovery training, warbird transition training, and solo rental of the Extra 330LX. The school specializes in tailwheel aircraft, aerobatic airframes, and warbirds, with instructors experienced in various aircraft types including Extra models, Pitts, T-6 Texan, and experimental aircraft.

JA Flight Training is located on the campus of JA Air Center at Chicago's Aurora Airport. Originally started as a part 61 flight school and part 135 charter company with five employees in 2006, JA Flight Training has grown into an FAA-approved part 141 flight school, aircraft leasing business, and partner in one of the largest commuter airlines in the country.
