LEE
ANNAPOLIS, MD
KANP Lee Airport is located in Annapolis, Maryland at an elevation of 34 feet and operates a control tower. The facility is privately owned and features one asphalt runway. Runway 12/30 measures 2,505 feet by 48 feet, appropriate for light general aviation operations typical of the Chesapeake Bay region. Fuel services are limited to 100LL avgas exclusively.
Instrument approaches available include RNAV (GPS) procedures with one published approach. Radio support includes Approach Control on 119.7 and 290.475 MHz providing radar guidance, and CTAF at 122.9 MHz for common traffic advisory. Despite the small facilities, these provide essential communication infrastructure for operations.
Two aviation organizations operate from Lee Airport. Navy Annapolis Flight Center provides military and military-oriented flight instruction and operations. Goddard Aircraft Club serves general aviation pilots with aircraft sharing and community programs. Together, they support aviation activities in the Annapolis area.
